Ronald E. Worthen was admitted to the Arkansas Bar Association in 1968 and the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1970. He was the District Attorney for the 20th Judicial District from 1973-1986. A member of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board in 1999; Received the following awards and selections:
